L’entoilage [lun-toa-la-ge ]
It’s a noun of the action of mounting canvas. “Mounting a canvas in a frame can protect your artwork while enhancing the overall aesthetics of the piece. Mounting also enables you to display your canvas on a wall, whether to showcase for potential buyers or to decorate a living space.” We draft over the idea and create this cozy café/ deli for the support of the local artists. Like a blank canvas, we are welcome for local artists to display their works in our space.

The proximity of numerous new-media companies as well as pay-as-you-go freelancer haven Station C means scores of youngish single people who aren't in the habit of brown-bagging it and who are ravenous by noo

JE CRAQUE POUR TOI, OMELETTE JAPONAISE ! Sushi, maki, gyoza, teriyaki, yakitori, soba, yakisoba : à force de manger japonais on pense qu'on connaît toute la panoplie de mets nippons. Haha ! On ne connaissait pas encore les Okonomiyaki. C'est quoi ça ? De succulentes omelettes aux flocons de poisson, que j'ai découvertes dans un tout nouveau café asiatique du boulevard St-Laurent.
Teriyaki burgers and Japanese pancakes L’Entoilage gives lunch an Asian flavour by MARK SLUTSKY L’Entoilage, on St-Laurent just north of Fairmount, is one of many new cafés and lunch establishments to pop up in the Mile End area. This stretch of St-Laurent used to be a dead zone, except for some weirdly longstanding Indian and Chinese restaurants; now those seem on the way out, and the area’s felt a blast of revitalization. (New spots are popping up on Parc with amazing rapidity as well, perhaps signalling that that street’s weird state of limbo is coming to an end.)
